CAMERON LAO-GOSNEY

About Cameron
Cameron Lao-Gosney was born in Placerville, California, and raised across six different states—thanks to his father’s Navy career—before putting down roots in Maine. He studied philosophy and psychology at Lehigh University, where his interest in storytelling and film began to deepen. While there, he also captained the Division I Men’s Lacrosse team, helping lead the program to its first Patriot League Championship.

Cameron’s creative journey began in earnest alongside his twin brother, Roman, writing, shooting, and acting in short films. After college, he moved to New York City to pursue acting and filmmaking full-time, all while continuing to compete in Major League Lacrosse. In the years since, Cameron has split his time between NYC and Maine, working as both an actor and director across film, television, and commercial work.

He studied acting at several schools in New York, including Stella Adler, and has appeared in numerous short films and national commercials. Cameron continues to collaborate closely with his twin, who is also an actor and filmmaker.
